DAMAGES & SHORTAGES
Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of
receipt of goods. All merchandise
leaves our warehouse in good
condition. If any packages are
delivered to you opened, tampered
with, re-taped or damaged,
please notify us immediately and save
all shipping
cartons for U.P.S. inspection. These steps must be
taken to
ensure credit for the damaged goods.
RETURNS
All returns must be authorized within 30 days of
purchase. A
Return Authorization number must be pre-issued and be
clearly marked on the outside of each box being
returned. All
returned items must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. A
Return
Authorization number may be obtained by contacting
your
Customer Service Representative. No other returns
will be
accepted. Return
Authorization numbers will expire 30
days after being issued. Any
used merchandise returned
will be discarded and no credit
issued.
Due
to the personal nature of these products, all sales are final
(including books and videos). Should you receive a defective item,
contact Customer Service within 5 days. We will arrange for return
of the original item at no cost to you and we will immediately send
you a replacement. Defective items can only be replaced by the exact
same model.
