RETURNS
Due
to the personal nature of these products, all sales are final.
Should you receive a defective item, contact Customer
Service within 5 days. We
will arrange for return of the original item at no cost to you and
we will immediately send you a replacement. Defective items can only
be replaced by the exact same model. Must be in the original
packaging.
DAMAGES & SHORTAGES
Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48
hours of
receipt of goods. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in good
condition. If any packages are
delivered to you opened, tampered
with, re-taped or damaged,
please notify us immediately and save
all shipping
cartons for U.S.P.S. inspection. These steps must be
taken to
ensure credit for the damaged goods.
